招聘：CNC数控车床操作工
薪资：4000-5000元/月
Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1. 负责CNC卧车(mazak200/400)、立车(Okuma)、普车(CA6140)的操作。
Operate horizontal lathe(mazak200/400), vertical lathe (Okuma) and general lathe (CA6140)
2. 保质保量完成各项生产任务。
Complete production tasks according to assignment with good quality and required quantity.
3. 加工出符合图纸、工艺要求的高质量产品。
Produce products meeting high quality standard in accordance with drawings, process.
4. 基于操作工艺、质量文件、图纸自检产品。
Self-inspect products in compliance with operation process and quality documents and drawings.
5. 负责机床加工效率OEE提高。
Be responsible for OEE improvement of the machines.
6. 负责设备的日常维修保养。
Be responsible for routine maintenance of the machines.
7. 严格执行5S管理和定置管理。
Strictly implement 5S and fixed-position approach management.
8. 根据车间要求，操作其它机床或完成其它生产任务。
Run other machines and accomplish other tasks.
Qualification 岗位要求
1. 技校或更高学历，机械制造优先。
Occupational school or above, major in mechanical manufacturing is preferred.
2. 熟悉熟悉各种操作系统，如三菱、法那科、西门子等。
